The last week of my training, I'd learned about he structure of the control valve. There are 2 types of valves in general: ON/OFF valve and Control valve. The difference between the two is that the ON/OFF valve can only be open or close, while for the control valve, the user can decide how many percent they want the valve to be opened.
The control valve is controlled by the power supply from the range of 4mA-20mA, which represents:
4mA - 0%
8mA - 25%
12mA - 50%
16mA - 75%
20mA - 100%
On a control valve, there were 2 inputs and 2 outputs. The 2 inputs refer to the pressure supply and the power supply. The 2 outputs is main to open and close the valve. 1 output is use to open the valve and another is used to close the valve. Below are the operation of a control valve.
A constant pressure inject to the positioner of the valve. The positioner will refer to the power supply (control variables) to it. If the supply is 4mA, then the positioner will gives an instruction and transfer the pressure into the output to close the valve. On the other hand, if the power supply received is 12mA, which gives an instruction to open the valve 50%, then the positioner will inject the pressure into the output where used to open the valve and stop opening the valve when it reach 50%.

AC Drives troubleshooting
Basically this week, I'm helping one of the supervisor in the instrument department, Mr. Lee Yoon Kian to troubleshoot the AC Drives. The AC Drives that are malfunction will be sent to the instrument calibration room for maintenance.
First of all, Mr. Lee checked all the I/O control cards in the AC drives to make sure that all the I/O control cards are good in condition. If the cards were burnt, the new I/O card will be replaced. If the cards are OK, then Mr. Lee will proceed to the next steps. He will start checking the IC on the control card. In some cases, the control card is OK, but the problem happen on the IC on the board, which may be burnt or spoiled, result the control card couldn't function well and causing the malfunction of the AC drives.
If the problem still haven't detected after troubleshooting the control cards and ICs, he will start checking the parameters in the ICs. Due to some technical problems, sometimes the codes and the parameters in the IC will be imprecise and incompatible with the motors and drives. So the new parameters have to be re-uploaded into the IC using the DMS software, a software used to download or upload parameters from/to the IC.
Until here, if the problem still couldn't be identified, he will check the chopper part and the transformer in the AC drives. The capacitor banks in the chopper will be opened up to determine whether the capacitor banks are still functionable or whether the terminal + and — are connected in the right manner, or the types of capacitor banks is correct (Ex: 15µF). To make sure every steps he performed are correct, he usually accompany a user manual with him because the AC Drives use a very high voltage and power. It will be dreadful if anythings go wrong~

DC Drive Training By Yaskawa
I had attended a training about DC Drive conducted by the Yaskawa Electric (S) PTE LTD supplier. This was a 2 days training program which included classroom training and the site training. Actually, this training is main for the engineers and technicians who are going to deal with DC Drive in the DC Drive control room and I'm so lucky to be picked to join the training together with the professionals. We had been introduce to the basic concept of the DC drive in the classroom training and a presentation about the concept was presented by the supplier as well.
DC Drive are the DC motor speed control system. Since the speed of a DC motor is directly proportional to armature voltage and inversely proportional to the motor flux (which is a function of the field current), either armature voltage or field current can be used to control the speed of the DC motor.
The advantages of the DC drive over direct drive to motor are:

Make sure all the cables and electric components are connect in the way they should be connected before you turn the power on... or else

ABB Smart Client
Last week was the week that I've been introduced to a brand new drive software, the ABB Smart Client. It is actually a browser based thin client for displaying information from System 800xA. It utilizes the extended automation capabilities of the System 800xA technology to provide intelligent data access and viewing functions to assist all levels of personnel in making quick, informed decisions, taking appropriate action, and thereby improve the performance. The display are available inside and outside the plant facility, as long as the connection to the plant exist.
There are a lots of function can be performed by this software but I could only mastered the Smart Client graphics for the moment. It is very easy and simple to build the display. By just using the System 800xA property Browser and the Smart Client Graphics Palette, I managed to select the information I wanted to add and drag it to the graphic element for display. The display element such as motors, tanks can be selected from the control toolbox. As mentioned previously, the elements selected can be added by simply drag it and put it on the design page. Once the display elements were dropped on the template, it can be resized, aligned, grouped or ungrouped. Same procedures used when we want to select the parameters and reading of the motors or other display elements. By using the System 800xA Property Browser, we can get the data we required, drag it and drop it on the design template. The data selected will be displayed as well.
There are a lots of function can be performed by this software but I could only mastered the Smart Client graphics for the moment. It is very easy and simple to build the display. The SAP (System, Application and Products in Data Processing)
This week, I had been introduced to a new software, known as SAP (System, Application and Products in Data Processing). SAP company application provide the capability to manage financial, asset, cost accounting, production of operations, materials, personnel, plants and achieved documents.

- completing the task
- closing the report
- Notification- a nonfinancial transaction used to report a problem, request work or record an event or activity. It contains elements, descriptions, functional location, priority, source(reported by) and main work center.
- Work order- a financial and work management transaction used to plan and change labor, material and services.
- functional location- represents the place at which a maintenance task is to be performed and basically it contains the information such as which building, floor or room.
- Equipment- individual, physical object that is to be maintained as an autonomous unit.

the shut down
Last thursday was the day where the factory shutted down the Paper Mill 1 machines for maintenance and to clear the residue in the water tanks. I had been assigned to follow another senior in the department, Mr.Fendi to clear the residue and check the condition of the paddle guides.
To clear the residue, the valve under the water tank was opened in order to let the residue in the water tanks flow out from the tanks and into the drain prepared. After the tanks were emptied, the valve were closed again and the clean water refilled into the tanks again. The workers cleaned up the residue using the waterjet hose after that.
For the paddle guides checking process, it included to check the alarm systems of the paddle guides and to make sure whether the paddles are right in its tracks. There are 2 switches placed beside the paddle. 1 is the limit switch and the other 1 is the shut down switch. these2 switches are connected to an alarm system in the control room. In some cases, when the paddles are running and rotating in a very high speed, it may go out of its track and may stuck in the rods and causing process error. Therefore, the limit switch is required to make sure that the paddle is on its track. When the paddle starting to derail, the paddle will touch the limit switch and a warning signal will be sent to the control room to alert the technicians to adjust the paddle's position. However, if the technicians didn't replace the paddle into its track on a range of time, the paddle will touch the shut down switch, and the system will shut down.
To check the alarm system, the technician will pull the limit switch and the shut down switch. Then he will observe the alarm system's monitor in the control room. If the alarm system is activate, it means the alarm system is okay. If the alarm system is deactivate, then further maintenance on the alarm system should be made.

first day of mine
yesterday was my first day of my internship
well~
maybe due to some kinda nervousness and anxious
i couldnt get a sweet and nice sleep on the previous night
hahahahahaha
i think most of my friends felt tat way too
coz this is the first time we are really involving ourself in the real plant and field
unlike most of my friends who need to prepare their attire themselves
my company, which is GS Paper & Packaging Sdn. Bhd. do prepare the full and complete uniform to every single employees in the corporation
the set of the uniform included:

It was really challenging to me!
after reported myself on the HR department
I was allocated to the Instrument Department
which dealing with all sort of devices, components, tools, equipments which require to operate the machine of the paper mill orderly and unmistakable
before I start my job,
one of the engineer there, I called him as my senior
brought me to have an on-site visit
It was really impressing and unbelievable!
I felt like I was in a James Bond or a Jacky Chan movies on tat moment!!
I saw a HUGE HUGE HUGEx100000000 machine operated in front of me!
so unreal~
since the process of producing the paper is a one-way process or "one-shot process"
it does not separate to many parts of process...
which means the input of the machine is the paper pulp
and the output of the machines will be the end product (recycled paper) already!!
so the HUGE machines is a combination of many many many giant gear wheels, spare parts, devices, components and pulp tanks

so many things combine together
it became Huge!
there's no other adjectives I can describe tat "thing" other than *Huge*
haha
to give u a better understanding about the size of the machine
I ll make it a little bit "solid" for u
it is about the length of 7-8 terrace houses!

converter, inverter, actuator, "pressure meter", temperature sensor, power supply, driver, calibrator, transmitter, transformer, potientiometer, limit switch, motor..... etc(x10000)
and i was like a little kid staring at those materials and elements because I didn't see almost all the instruments there
no even heard about their names since I was born
it do consumed some of my brain memory spaces on memorizing tat!
And
that was my first day in my field
sound interesting rite, doesn't it?!
looking forward for more adventures on the coming days~

其实我
虽然才二十，年尾满二十一
不过关于自己的人生大事其实也想了很多
现阶段的我，是一个不婚主义者
对婚姻丝毫没有安全感
不要问我，我也不知道为什么
很多人问过我：
keng, 你有没有女朋友？
我就会说：boh la..
他们又会问：那你有没有交过女朋友？
我又会说：没有也
然后多数人的反应都会是：
怎么可能？！你酱多话讲！
拜托，也许就是因为太多话讲所以才交不到
其实有时候看见朋友们双双对对大白鹅的
真的会羡慕嚯~
想说如果有个这么爱自己的人在身边就好了
有个人在你有病没病都给你咻咻、盖被
有时生气的时候骂她：
你有病啊？！
她却傻傻地看着你微笑
反而安慰你
真的很幸福
然而
自己身上就会散发出一种很独特的味道
自古以来都是酱
就是凡出现在自己身边的女性
发展到最后
都变成了自己的姐妹
哇哩咧~
很纳闷~
搞得我现在全身都是女人味
以至最近又有不少人问我：

我尝试用过不同方式答过这个问题

今天王小弟在睡午觉前呐
有点内疚
因为阿弟无所事事的时候
最大的娱乐就是找周公喝茶
心里觉得快把他老人家烦死了
又很浪费时间
这时小弟最厉害的绝招就是
自我安慰
告诉我自己：
休息是为了走更长的路
心里就平复了一点
唔~~
当时我在想
如果把这句倒反过来讲会怎样？
走更远的路是为了休息
怪怪的对不对？
其实阿弟我嘛觉得华语很好玩
有很多很奇怪的组合搭配
就比如：

记-有意识地把记忆保存
（纯粹以个人的了解解释,不用酱认真）

我记忆尤其深刻

隐私权
隐私权
这个词啊
最近一直一直在我脑海里打转着
所以我下定决心
要把它的定义搞清楚！
根据维基百科显示的
联合国《世界人权宣言》中的第十二条
隐私权可以解释为：
“任何人的私生活、家庭、住宅和通信不得任意干涉，他的荣誉和名誉不得加以攻击。 人人有权享受法律保护，以免受这种干涉或攻击。”
大家有没有试过自己的隐私被侵犯？
多多少少会有类似经验八
就算没有
也听过人家的长篇大论八
写到这里
只想要给大家一个反思：
是不是在朋友
或者说是好朋友面前
我们就得赤裸裸地把自己的一切向他坦诚相对？
我想大家都会有不同的见解
今天不骂人
只想冷冷静静地
安安稳稳地
告诉你们我的看法
我觉得不然
就算再好的麻吉
都不能侵犯我的隐私
在没有经过我的同意

中学的时候就感觉到
农历的这个月份
身边
会突然少了一些人
亲人走的走
朋友车祸的车祸
过世的过世
邻居
与世长辞的
永远也不再回来
大家的离开
是那么的仓促性、季节性
仿佛台风袭击般
从这区到那区
这条街死完到下一条街
直到这个月的终结
因此
这个月份对我来说是极为厌倦
最近比较忙
很少去阿姨家
在国庆日的前夕
我去了..
看见阿姨
我说：
二姨
阿姨回我说：
你的二姨丈永远不能再跟你讲话了
我看着隔壁盒子里的那个人
突然
他不动了
突然
他没有说我又变帅了
突然
我叫他姨丈
他不回应我了
突然
我的心
不由自主地抽动着
旁边哀嚎声不绝于耳
“你不是答应过要让我先走的吗？怎么现在自己先走了？”
我闷了
我想
我也应该抽离现场

小插曲
炎日的天气里
快中暑的自己今天过得别有一番风味！
刚刚跟一位女性友人聚了聚
其实应该称为女孩才对
可是“女孩”用在她身上
又显得有点距离感，不恰当
算了
就叫她女性友人好了！
呼呼~~
看到这里
你一定认为我这个烂人要讲怎么骗小妹妹的过程了对不对？
那你就太不了解我了！
大家去过Mid Valley KTM八
最熟悉的一个景象就是
会有一大班三五成群的推销员
开口第一句话就是：
“先生，给我一分钟好吗？”
今天嘛是酱！怎么会少了他们
平常不怎么理他们啦
可是今天不懂那根劲不对
可能心情特好
就给她一分钟！
起初叫我写名
就以为写写名没什么
后来叫我捐钱
买一个二十块的空盒子！
好咯！做善事嘛
我不计较
然后那位胖胖女“销屎”突然蹦出一句：
“靓仔，你是哪里人？”
“我住沙登”
“嗯！你很像外国人也！”
“哇！为什么？”
“就很像外国回来的人”
“噢..是哦？我不是也”
还蛮错愕的其实
第一次有人说我像外国人
哎呀！
忘记问她是像哪国人tim…
Haiz…
后来想了想
或许那是她的推销手段之一八
搞不好在她眼中
什么7都是外国人
看到流浪猫都可以讲成是波斯猫啦！
我想
可能是为了扑灭我心里的不情愿
而说出的违背良心之骗傻海的谎言八...
二十块钱
买个空盒子和一句“你很像外国人！”
你觉得值不值得？
我感觉
还不错~
谁叫她点中了我的死穴
哈哈~~
这个礼拜裤带就要绑紧一点了
谁叫我酱大方嘎…
不过跟老妹在一起聊很多
从自己聊到她
再从她聊回到自己
真的还蛮开心的！
只是比较煞风景的就是
我们去吃的餐厅真的不好吃！
下次不要让你介绍餐厅好了
哎哟...

神来过
刚刚我又梦到神了
他说他有话给我

你之前做的错事
根本不成什么大事
只是冰山一角
甚至构不成扣去那八个机会里任何一个的理由
只要你回来
我笑了
拍拍他的膝
自己硬逼自己醒来
然后就没勇气再睡下去了
煎熬着一种说不出来的煎熬
不知道为什么
总觉得他不应该对我这么好的
总觉得这是我自找的
这是我应该承担的
每每走到那个角落
本来应该是一个可以让自己“花枝乱颤”的墙角
如今却显得格外的魂惊胆颤
肩上的积雪
是冷是湿
指尖已经分辨不出
桌上的冷冻咖啡
是喜是悲
显得分外的凄惨
冰山为橄榄树许下的诺言
早已石沉大海
莫非
生命

就是很黑人憎！面目狰狞啊
有些人连放屁你都会觉得是香的
胃虾米？
感觉嘛！
最近自己很喜欢观察人
人的讲话方式、动作、表情
再用这些“档案”揣测那条粉肠那脑袋瓜里卖的是什么春药
我把这个想法告诉了我一个很好很好的朋友
他就告诉我说
酱子以后的自己会变得自大
会自以为都很了解人
有一点点赞同
可是觉得世上什么都不多
怪人最多！
总觉得多了解一点人性
多看透一点人性
自己以后的路会好走一点
虽然不想每篇网志都提到心机重的人

真的很想明天早上打电话去ONE FM Morning Kaki 的Beh Tahan喊下！

要吃早餐！
王小弟最近病了
不是咳嗽发高烧
还是什么吓9死人的AH1N1
而是自己的肠胃
严重受损了
这几天都过着孕妇般的生活
只要一进食
肚子里就会有一股暖流直冲而上
敲打我喉咙的那个铃铛
一阵酸酸腥腥的食物加胃液就会布满整个口腔
然后释放…
有吃好像没吃酱…
自己也察觉到自己一天比一天瘦
今天上sport and recreation的时候
老师要我们算自己的BMI
既是体重身高比例
后来老师问：
“who is underweight? Please put up your hand”
我没有举起手来
当下的自己其实是心疼的
王小弟的BMI
真的是underweight的！
伤心惨了
有时肚子真的是饿的
可是只要看到食物
又突然饱了
这种吃也不是
不吃也不是的感觉
你能理解吗？
不！
你们不能体会明白
我胃酸的波涛汹涌
是那么的无用武之地
现在坐在椅子上
屁股是痛的！
不是因为椅子不舒服
而是那里已经没有多余的肉和脂肪
可以支撑我整个骨架
我以前引以为傲的翘屁屁
没了…
所以现在吃着中药
希望可以把身体调整回来
还有要学卢广仲酱吃早餐
我就是因为没听他的话而把身子搞砸的…
